This past weekend, my friends Dave and Lizzy hosted a Thanksgiving potluck at their home. We all brought a variety of dishes and had the best time eating and chatting. Before we ate, Dave wanted the group to share what we were all thankful for. It reminded me so much of my family how we actually do the same tradition at Thanksgiving. I know it's not thanksgiving yet, but I want to share how thankful I am for the life the Lord has given me. I have been so blessed to have family that loves and cares for me and friends that do the same. This September marked my one year wedding anniversary with my amazing husband and I thank the Lord for him everyday and for making our marriage stronger with each passing moment.

For the past year, my hubby and I have been looking for our first home and in the mean time we have been living with his parents. I can't express enough how greatful I am that we have wonderful people willing to open their home to us for so long. It's always hard to go back to your parents home when you have been accustomed to being on your own, but we have been blessed beyond measure. They don't ask for anything in return and we so appreciate that! It's so easy to find the flaws in anything and anyone  (even ourselves) but it's so good to just sit and appreciate the good that comes from everything.

So in summary , I guess I can just say I am thankful. Happy to been given this life and all the people that make it worth while (old and new).

We are more than we know
