30 Days

It takes 30 days to break a habit and only a few days to start one. My husband and I are on a mission to break bad habits and start good ones. It is so true what they say about getting married and becoming "comfortable". We become so relaxed that we forget about taking care of ourselves inside and out. So, for 30 days we are committed to breaking out of our comfort zone and we will pay attention to ourselves and our bodies.

I will keep you all posted on our progress, hopefully on a weekly basis... =)
